Four days after she raised concerns about the potential of citizens’ privacy being violated, Coun. Pat File received a letter from the town intended for someone else.
File says the envelope was addressed to Bruce G. Gillies, her partner, and herself.
However, when she opened it she discovered a notice of a bylaw violation dealing with someone else’s property which, she says, “is a clear violation of that person’s privacy.”
