Since there is no summary, I will save you watching the video.

In Toledo, OH it is illegal to park on unpaved surfaces. This includes unpaved gravel driveways. The fine is $25.

The street commissioner ticketed several cars one day on one street for no apparent reason. The press called the Mayor on this and he, well, said the commissioner must know what she is doing. A city councilman is attempting to get the tickets rescinded.

I posted it because I found it absurd to ticket people for parking on their own private property.

    Good summary, Rob!
