Posted on October 20, 2010 by pogowasright.org

Amanda Scheffler reports:

Erin Andrews naked peep hole photos were posted online this week by a website titled “The Dirty.” Andrews, an ESPN employee and former “Dancing With The Stars” contestant is seen nude in the photos, which are a bit censored, leaving little to the imagination.

The Dirty, ran by Nik Richie posted over a dozen of the Erin Andrews naked peep hole photos. Andrews, fought hard in court to make sure that the peep hole video and photos were not seen.

The webite’s caption to these nude photos reads, “Erin Andrews, can you ask your lawyers if this is the post they want me to take down because I am confused? Welcome back to reality… your fault.- nik”

The nasty little note along with the naked peep hole photos of Erin Andrews is causing quite a stir around the Internet. One thinks that a lawsuit is right around the corner. However, this isn’t the first time that a celebrity blogger has posted nude photos of a celebrity.

This is really compounding a privacy violation and I hope that Ms. Andrews can get prompt cooperation from the web host or a court. I know, I know – once the photos are up and circulating, it will be impossible to restore get them all off the web or people’s hard drives, but this really is an outrageous privacy violation and I suspect her lawyers will have to do something to try to protect what’s left of their client’s privacy.
