Clear Channel and Mirrus said they plan to install the mirrors at several airports across the country but will start at O’Hare, rolling out 150 40-inch mirrors in select restrooms — men’s and women’s — over the next three months.
The mirror technology displays video or still ads across the whole mirror when no one is standing in front of the sink. But as soon as someone approaches to wash their hands or fix their hair, the ad shrinks into the corner, out of the way — sort of.
