What Radiagate has done is show us how ministers have been selected in India in at least one case. Does the public bedlam following the disclosure of the Radia tapes prove that India wishes to metamorphosise into a more transparent society where dirty dealing is revealed sooner rather than later?, Mr. Ratan Tata has raised an important question in his petition to the Supreme Court of India: where does the right to privacy end and public interest begin?
