TX: Austin man accused of putting spyware on wife’s computer, phone

An Austin man is facing felony charges, accused of placing spyware on his estranged wife’s computer and cell phone.

An arrest warrant is issued for 41-year-old Karl Dalley. He is charged with unlawful interception of electronic communication.
