Lori Coolican reports:
Lawyers for the City of Saskatoon and several high-ranking civic officials are asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit brought against them by a former employee over improper disclosure of her utility bill information to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Justice Dan Konkin reserved his decision on the city’s motion for dismissal of the suit after hearing arguments from both sides Thursday in Queen’s Bench chambers.
