Sg: Commission issues guidelines on Personal Data Protection Act

The Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) issued two sets of advisory guidelines on Tuesday for the public to have a better understanding of the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

The first set of guidelines is on Key Concepts which provides interpretation of terms used.
