Facebook Hit With Latest Class Action Over Email Privacy

Yes, let’s hit the 2014 ground running with a potential class action lawsuit against Facebook. This one, Campbell v. Facebook, reportedly claims that Facebook violates user privacy by mining private messages to create targeted advertising. Law360 has the story if you have a subscription.
