AU: OAIC releases new privacy guidelines

From the Australian Public Service:

The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) has released guidelines for new privacy laws which come into force next month.

Information Commissioner, John McMillan said March 12 would see the biggest change in privacy law in 25 years, and the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) guidelines were an essential tool for the implementation of this change.
