Courthouse News reports that a federal judge has dismissed some – but not all – of the  claims that TV news personality Jessica Miles (Kampschroer) and her husband Cory Kampschrorer filed against various Minnesota agencies and personnel, alleging violation of the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (“DPPA”).
