Virginia Justices to Hear Yelp Anonymity Case

Associated Press reports:

The Virginia Supreme Court will consider a carpet cleaner’s attempt to obtain the names of people who anonymously criticized the business on the Internet.

Arguments in the battle between Hadeed Carpet Cleaner and the online review site Yelp are set for Wednesday. A decision is likely in January.
