An outraged member of Clive Palmer’s party has accused him of a “disgusting breach of privacy” by making the personal details of hundreds of Queenslanders public in a bid to keep the fledgling outfit alive in the Sunshine State.

The PUP leader is asking the Supreme Court to make a declaration that the party is entitled to remain registered and has the requisite 500 members.
Court documents last week lodged in the Supreme Court also include the details of hundreds of Queenslanders the PUP says are current members, as well as affidavits by both Mr Palmer himself and senior PUP figure Peter Burke.
Jodie Ladhams is among those named in the documents – which are publicly accessible and include personal details such as mobile phone numbers.
