Buffett’s NetJets Sued by Pilots Claiming Privacy Breach

The luxury aviation business owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc. was accused in a lawsuit of illegally snooping on its unionized pilots during a labor dispute.

NetJets Inc. officials gained access to the pilots’ private message board and in a September meeting a company lawyer revealed she had “multiple pages of confidential communications,” the NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots’ said in a complaint filed yesterday in federal court in Columbus, Ohio.
