Posted on February 26, 2015 by pogowasright.org

Alex Sakariassen reports:

Law student Daniel Knudsen’s suit against the University of Montana over alleged privacy violations is moving forward following an unsuccessful motion by the university last month to have the case dismissed. Likewise, UM continues to claim its contract with Higher One effectively made the bank an extension of the institution.

The case’s first hearing is set for March 2 in Missoula District Court.
