Almost one and a half years after employees filed a privacy breach complaint, there’s finally to be an investigation?

Paris police are to organise a hearing of 12 people who figure on a list of around 50 staff members of the German airline Lufthansa in a five-page document found in the office of its Paris station manager at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport.
Next to their names appear a variety of notes in German about their medical condition or political persuasion that are illegal under French law.
One employee is described as “smooth talker without results”, another “not very bright”, and a third “lethargy personified”.
