The Middletown Board of Education voted Tuesday night to revise its search and seizure policy to reflect that only the school panel can vote to allow drug-sniffing dogs access to the high school.
Superintendent Pat Charles presented the policy to the board at its Tuesday meeting, after adding a “reasonable suspicion” clause requirement before staff can allow police and canines into the school.
