These Missouri legislators are demanding that Kogut breach patient confidentiality to serve their political agenda. Shame on them all, and they should all rot in jail for what they’re trying to do.
I think it also has to do with putting their religious beliefs over what is legally and ethically right. I love how these legislators preach the Constitution and the Bill of Rights for when it suits their purposes. But when it infringes on other people’s rights, oh who cares? We are going to try get this agenda bill passed anyway. hmmn, hypocritical, oppositional defiant, pig-headed, discriminatory? Can not figure out which applies, or maybe its all of the above.
