Erin Blasko and Christian Sheckler report:
A panel of appeals court judges has given attorneys for the city, Common Council and four police officers 14 days to answer questions related to standing, jurisdiction and intent in the South Bend Police wiretap case.
The instructions came at the end of oral arguments Wednesday before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago.
