On any given day, Joe Cadillic sends me a ton of interesting articles. One in particular by Jake Laperruque of the Constitution Project at POGO (not this Pogo, but the Project on Government Oversight) caught my eye because I think it would be great for high school teachers – and perhaps middle school teachers – to use this as a teaching tool and exercise:
A Day Without the Fourth Amendment.
Read Jake’s scenario and then think about whether we should be teaching kids using this approach to help them appreciate the importance of the Fourth Amendment.
