A jury was deadlocked today in the case of a college student accused of hacking into the email of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
The jury attempted to declare a mistrial on one of the four felonies, but the judge ordered them to continue deliberating, WATE-TV of Knoxville reported.
An undisclosed, unanimous decision was reached on the other three felonies. It was the third consecutive day of deliberations.

The one charge they are deadlocked on is the identity theft charge. Earlier today, they asked to see the law on that.
