Another revenge porn arrest

On March 03, 2015, Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Bureau arrested Andrew Parkin for distribution of private intimate photos also known as “Revenge Porn.” Parkin had made a fake Craigslist ad which included naked photos of his ex-girlfriend when she was 15 years old. Investigators became aware of the incident and were assisted by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). Parkin was later identified as the person who wrote the ad. Parkin was contacted and arrested for a misdemeanor section of distribution of private intimate photos. Parkin will be arraigned in Ventura County Superior Court on April 2, 2015.
