Ca: Man behind nude judge photos to have computers seized

The man at the centre of a sex scandal involving a Manitoba judge will have his computers seized by sheriff’s officers next Monday, in order to prevent him from circulating explicit nude photos of the justice.

Alexander Chapman was also told Thursday that sheriff’s officers will seize flash drives and other items that may contain such images when they search his home.

“It is apparent that Mr. Chapman has no legal right to retain the documents,” Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Joan McKelvey said in a hearing.
