Ca: Non-responses concern privacy commissioner

Terrence McEachern reports:

After one year on the job, Saskatchewan’s privacy commissioner, Ron Kruzeniski, has proposed 35 amendments to significantly update more than two decades of provincial privacy and access to information legislation.

The amendments are contained in the Office of the Saskatchewan Information and Privacy Commissioner’s (OIPC) annual report (It’s Time to Update) released Monday.
