Cablevision spams customers – lawsuit

Courthouse News reports a class action lawsuit in Nassau County Court, N.Y. against CSC Holdings (Cablevision Systems Corp.) for allegedly sending spam email ads to its cable subscribers, in violation of contract. The class would include anyone who has an optonline.net email address.
