Google fails to contest privacy legal claim (updated)
U.K. privacy advocate Alexander Hanff was so unhappy with Google’s revised privacy policy that he felt it left him no choice but to stop using Android. And so he sued Google for the cost of a new phone, tweeting about his lawsuit. Google didn’t contest the lawsuit and Alex is filing for default judgement today….
