Judge Leon denies govt’ motion for emergency stay in Klayman (UPDATED)
Judge Leon has DENIED Government Defendants’ Emergency Motion for a Stay of the Court’s Preliminary Injunction Pending Appeal and for an Immediate Administrative Stay in Klayman v. Obama.
