Dharun Ravi’s lawyer files motion to see Tyler Clementi’s computer files

 Lawyers for a former Rutgers University student accused of using a webcam to spy on Tyler Clementi are asking a state appellate court to allow them to read personal writings found in the freshman’s dorm room after his suicide.

Dharun Ravi, 19, and his attorneys filed a motion today in New Brunswick asking the court to overturn a judge’s ruling baring them from seeing Clementi’s computer files and a note police found in his backpack.
