A Chicago man has become the second person this year to file a lawsuit against Facebook over biometric data.
Plaintiff Nimesh Patel claimed in a suit filed on 14 May that Facebook’s tag feature is in violation of of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).
