Posted on September 28, 2018June 25, 2025 by Dissent

Ross Todd reports:

That didn’t take long!

On the same day that Facebook Inc. announced in a post on the company’s blog that it had discovered a security breach affecting almost 50 million accounts earlier in the week, the company was hit a (sic) breach-related lawsuit.

Lawyers at  Morgan & Morgan and Clayeo C. Arnold, a Professional Corporation today filed a class action lawsuit against the company in the Northern District of California.
