FISC consolidates firms’ requests to disclosed aggregated FISA order data

A number of firms – Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Yahoo! and LinkedIn – have recently filed motions with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court seeking summary judgement that they can disclose aggregated data about FISA orders they receive.

Now the court has consolidated the cases and ordered the government to respond with a single response by September 30.
