Posted on June 14, 2011July 2, 2025 by Dissent

Jane Musgrave reports:

The suit is one of several nationwide filed against Google and Applen, said attorney Brian Smith, who represents the Jefferys.

The same claims are being made against Apple in connection with its iPhone.
