A former employee of the University City school district has filed a discrimination lawsuit claiming he was forced to resign after nude pictures were taken of him and posted on the Internet without his knowledge.
Gregory L. McAboy, who according to his Facebook page was most recently assistant band director at University City High School, filed the lawsuit in federal court in St. Louis on Wednesday. His case opened today.

This sounds like a good case to watch, depending on what’s revealed (no pun intended). Should someone lose their job because someone else uploads nude pictures of them to the Internet without their knowledge or consent?
