I wasn’t surprised by an update to a privacy breach previously noted on this site.
A 17-year-old Mill Valley High School (Kansas) student who was under investigation for taking inappropriate pictures of female students has now been charged with 11 counts of breach of privacy:
According to the complaint the teen used a camera ‘for the purpose of viewing the body of, or the undergarments worn by that other person, without the consent or knowledge of that other person, with intent to invade the privacy of the other person…”
The charge is a felony.
As noted previously, and as Fox4KC reports, there was some upskirting involved.
