ICO: Internet users’ experience of harm online – Ofcom and the ICO

This research for this report was commissioned by Ofcom. The Information Commissioner’s Office provided advice on the research design and analysis.  You can read the summary here. 

I’ll look at it more when I get back from this trip, but it looks like they did inquire about privacy concerns, too.
