Stephen Gruber-Miller reports:

An Iowa appeals court has reversed the conviction of a former priest who was accused of viewing the genitals of teenage boys while they used urinals in a public restroom.

Monahan attended a high school track meet in Treynor in April 2016 in order to photograph the event for the school. Five boys said Monahan, then 82, looked at their genitals while using the urinal next to them in the public bathroom at the event.
