Judge hears arguments on whether U. Montana sex assault records are covered under FERPA

Judge Kathy Seeley heard arguments Wednesday on whether or not records related to sexual assault at the University of Montana are covered under the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

Nationally known investigative reporter, Jon Kakauer, is working on a book about sexual assault at the University of Montana, and the university’s investigations of alleged assaults.
