The Supreme Court on Tuesday denied Facebook’s last-ditch effort to derail a $35 billion class action claiming the company harvested millions of users’ facial data without consent.
The Supreme Court’s denial means a trial initially scheduled to start in July 2018 will soon be placed back on the calendar. The trial was postponed pending appeal in May 2018.
