School officials in Brookline are evaluating district procedures regarding the release of student data after police discovered a Brighton man accused of secretly videotaping people inside their homes also had copies of the student directories for two local schools.
The directories for the kindergarten through 8th grade Devotion School and Brookline High School were found in the possession of Robert Higgins, 50, of Brighton, who is being held without bail on multiple charges of possessing child pornography and photographing unsuspecting people in the nude.
