Motion to Establish A Public Briefing Schedule: CNSS asks FISC to give amici a chance to brief court on bulk metadata collection

The Center for National Security Studies has submitted a motion in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) that asks the court to establish procedures that would give amici a chance to brief the court before the next authorization under BR-13-109 (bulk metadata records collection).
