Nestlé USA Inc. has reached a deal to end a lawsuit alleging it required job applicants to provide information concerning their family medical histories in violation of the Illinois Genetic Information Privacy Act.
The parties have come to terms but need more time to finalize the agreement, according to a docket entry made Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Details of the settlement weren’t provided.
