New State Privacy Laws Go Into Effect on Jan. 1, 2015

David Fagan, Kurt Wimmer, Jeff Kosseff and Katherine Gasztonyi provide a recap of new laws going into effect in California and Delaware. Not surprisingly, a lot of their recap involves new California laws, but there’s also new law in Delaware going into effect January 1.
