The New Hampshire Supreme Court for a third time has ruled in favor of protecting the privacy of a 19-year-old murder victim.
Seth Mazzaglia was convicted of killing Elizabeth “Lizzi” Marriott, of Westborough, Massachusetts. He argues that the trial court should’ve allowed him to introduce evidence about Marriott’s sexual past, but the court has rejected that argument numerous times, most recently on Thursday.
