The appeal of an Exeter man convicted of criminal threatening, stalking and witness tampering has been denied by the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Brian Craig, 32 at the time, was given a stalking warning letter by the Exeter Police Department in April 2012 after a waitress complained about his disturbing behavior toward her, including showing up at her work and staring at her, as well as sending threatening messages.
After another disturbing letter was sent to the victim, a restraining order was issued on April 24, 2012. Craig then continued to post extensively about the victim on his Facebook page, using harsh and threatening language, authorities said.
