NH: Lebanon library suspends pilot program with anonymous webserver

Weighing citizens’ right to privacy against criminal concerns, members of the city’s Library Board of Trustees plan to discuss whether to resume a pilot program at Kilton Public Library that allows patrons to surf the web anonymously.

“We understand there are real concerns about the way bad people can use this technology,” Library Director Sean Fleming said.
