OK Judge Prevents Release of State Worker Birth Dates

A judge has granted a temporary restraining order that prohibits the state’s personnel office from releasing the birth dates of state employees.

Oklahoma County District Judge Bryan Dixon approved the order on Friday. The Oklahoma Public Employees Association sought the restraining order to prevent the Office of Personnel Management from releasing the birth dates of public employees to the state’s largest newspaper, The Oklahoman.
