Project Vigilant a “fraud?”

Ever since the mainstream media coverage of “Project Vigilant” (reported on PogoWasRight.org here), there have mumbles around the Internet that the project’s site didn’t support the claims made. Now John Young of Cryptome has pulled together some materials from information liberation and Google cache that brings the legitimacy and claims into question, here.
