Some poorly-drawn people may soon gain a lot of attention in a national debate about privacy concerns and the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, according to one report. The Fourth Amendment prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures.
MontanaWatchDog.com reported Friday that new scanners set to be installed in the Helena Regional Airport in spring 2011 will show only stick figures with alerts of potential hot spots where weapons or other contraband may be hidden.
