Roseanne Barr has filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband Ben Thomas.
According to the coverage on RadarOnline, Thomas included some of her personal emails in a court filing several months ago concerning custody arrangements. Barr is not suing him for what the court filing includes or says, but for not filing the papers under seal in light of confidentiality terms and agreements she alleges he is still bound by.
