SB 1348 (California): Data brokers: sale of personal information

I’ve been watching the progress of a bill in the California Senate that deals with the sale of personal information by data brokers to third parties. The bill has just been amended again. You can read the current text of SB 1348 here. Once again, California seems to be leading the way….
